e-vidya e-smartcamp Pilot Projects
Mundra-Mandvi Government schools
Before launching the regular e-vidya e-SmartCamp projects, pilot projects were implemented in the following three schools in Kutch during 04.08.2020 to 14.08.2020:
Moti Khakhar Prathmik Shala (Mandvi - Kutch)
Nani Khakhar Prathmik Shala (Mundra – Kutch)
Bidada Group Shala (Mandvi – Kutch)
The objective of the pilot project was to explore the viability and understand the issues involved in rolling out the e-vidya e-SmartCamp project at a larger scale across Kutch. 200 students having internet facilities out of total of 338 students of the three schools were covered under the project.
DESIGN

Daily detailed timetable of activities.

Use of short videos, delivery of lessons and and homework worksheets for 60 minutes.

Delivery of videos via Youtube and edpuzzle (allows individual tracking).
DELIVERY

School wise e-vidya WhatsApp groups created.

Mobile Apps required for the program provided.

Daily video links sent for Maths, English, Science and Art and crafts.

Once a week Live class for Maths & English to clarify the concepts and doubts.

Worksheets on Maths and English for each day sent via e-copy.
MONITORING

Tracking of worksheet completion done through online submission.

Test before the live class was taken for ascertaining general conceptual issues to be addressed in the live class.

End of Project test was taken to evaluate the progress.

Feedback of Students, Teacher and Parents were taken.
